- AWB (Air Waybill / Tracking number)
The unique courier-issued identifier for a shipment. The string the courier portal asks for.
- RTO (Return to Origin)
A parcel that left the warehouse, attempted delivery, was refused or undeliverable, and is on its way back.
- UPI AutoPay (e-mandate)
A pre-authorised recurring debit instruction held by your bank, executed by the merchant on the agreed schedule.
