Track your order — merchant by merchant
Every Indian marketplace hides the live order status in a slightly different place, and every courier writes statuses a little differently. These guides show exactly where tracking lives on each merchant, what "Shipped", "Out for delivery" and "RTO" really mean, and when a quiet tracking page is normal versus worth escalating.

The three rules of Indian order tracking
1. The merchant's own order page beats every tracker site. Third-party AWB trackers read the same courier feed you can see, minus the merchant-side states (packed, quality check, refund initiated) that actually answer your question.
2. Quiet tracking is usually a hub gap, not a lost parcel. Couriers scan at hubs, not en route — 24–72 silent hours on an inter-state lane is routine. The estimated delivery date on the order is the number to watch.
3. "Delivered but not received" is a same-day dispute. False-delivery windows are short everywhere. Check household members and security first, then raise it from the order page immediately.
