How to track your Myntra order
Step-by-step
- Open the Myntra app or myntra.com and sign in.
- Go to Orders from the profile tab.
- Select the item — the delivery status and expected date show on the order card.
- Tap "Track" for the checkpoint-by-checkpoint courier view.
What each status means
- Ordered / ConfirmedPayment (or COD) accepted; the seller has the order but nothing has shipped yet.
- PackedThe item is boxed and a courier AWB (airway bill number) has usually been generated.
- Shipped / In transitThe parcel is moving between courier hubs. Multi-day gaps between scans are normal on long lanes.
- Out for deliveryOn a delivery vehicle in your area — most Indian couriers attempt between 9am and 9pm.
- DeliveredMarked handed over. If you did not receive it, dispute the same day — false-delivery windows are short.
- RTO / Returned to originDelivery failed (address, repeated attempts, refusal) and the parcel is heading back to the seller; prepaid orders get refunded after it reaches origin.
Who delivers Myntra orders
Shipments commonly move via Ekart Logistics, Delhivery, XpressBees. The courier named on your order page is authoritative — partners vary by pincode, seller and product size.
Frequently asked questions
- Why does my Myntra order say "Ready to ship" for so long?
- The seller has packed it but the courier has not picked it up or scanned it yet. Pickup backlogs during sales add a day or two; the app’s expected date updates once the first scan lands.
- Does Myntra show live courier tracking?
- Yes — each item’s Track view lists courier checkpoints. During big sales, scans can lag behind the parcel’s real position by several hours.
- My Myntra order shows delivered but I don’t have it — now what?
- Raise it from the order (Help → Item not received) the same day. Delivery disputes are checked against the courier’s proof-of-delivery scan and OTP where used.
