How to track your Croma order
Step-by-step
- Open croma.com or the Croma app and sign in.
- Go to My Account → My Orders.
- Select the order for status and courier details; large appliances also show the installation booking.
- Track third-party courier shipments with the listed tracking ID on the courier’s site.
Large appliances are two events: delivery, then brand/Croma installation. Keep the box sealed until the installer visit — opening it yourself voids return claims.
What each status means
- Ordered / ConfirmedPayment (or COD) accepted; the seller has the order but nothing has shipped yet.
- PackedThe item is boxed and a courier AWB (airway bill number) has usually been generated.
- Shipped / In transitThe parcel is moving between courier hubs. Multi-day gaps between scans are normal on long lanes.
- Out for deliveryOn a delivery vehicle in your area — most Indian couriers attempt between 9am and 9pm.
- DeliveredMarked handed over. If you did not receive it, dispute the same day — false-delivery windows are short.
- RTO / Returned to originDelivery failed (address, repeated attempts, refusal) and the parcel is heading back to the seller; prepaid orders get refunded after it reaches origin.
Who delivers Croma orders
Shipments commonly move via Delhivery, Blue Dart, Croma’s appliance delivery network. The courier named on your order page is authoritative — partners vary by pincode, seller and product size.

- How do I track Croma large-appliance delivery and installation?
- The order page shows the delivery leg like any parcel; installation is booked separately after delivery (by Croma or the brand). Don’t unbox before the technician arrives — the return policy requires it.
- Why does my Croma order show shipped but no courier movement?
- The AWB activates at the courier’s first hub scan, which can trail the "shipped" status by a day. If nothing moves for 48 hours, raise it from the order page.
- Can I pick up a Croma order from a store instead?
- Croma offers store pickup on eligible items at checkout — if you chose delivery, switching after dispatch isn’t supported.
