How to track your PharmEasy order
Step-by-step
- Open the PharmEasy app or pharmeasy.in and sign in.
- Go to Orders from the account menu.
- Medicine orders show prescription-verification first, then packing and rider/courier stages.
- Track the delivery leg on the order card; timelines vary with prescription checks.
Prescription medicines can’t ship until a pharmacist validates the uploaded Rx — that validation step is the most common "stuck" stage.
What each status means
- Ordered / ConfirmedPayment (or COD) accepted; the seller has the order but nothing has shipped yet.
- PackedThe item is boxed and a courier AWB (airway bill number) has usually been generated.
- Shipped / In transitThe parcel is moving between courier hubs. Multi-day gaps between scans are normal on long lanes.
- Out for deliveryOn a delivery vehicle in your area — most Indian couriers attempt between 9am and 9pm.
- DeliveredMarked handed over. If you did not receive it, dispute the same day — false-delivery windows are short.
- RTO / Returned to originDelivery failed (address, repeated attempts, refusal) and the parcel is heading back to the seller; prepaid orders get refunded after it reaches origin.

Shipments commonly move via PharmEasy delivery network, Delhivery (inter-city). The courier named on your order page is authoritative — partners vary by pincode, seller and product size.

- Why is my PharmEasy order stuck at "verifying prescription"?
- A pharmacist must validate the uploaded prescription before dispatch — blurry or partial uploads bounce back for re-upload, which pauses the timeline.
- How fast does PharmEasy deliver medicines?
- Serviceable metro areas typically see delivery within a day or two of verification; remote pincodes ride courier lanes and take longer. The order card carries the live estimate.
- Can someone else receive my PharmEasy order?
- Yes — any adult at the address can receive it; COD needs the exact amount ready. Cold-chain items should be refrigerated promptly on arrival.
