Items must be unopened, untampered and in original packaging with labels, accessories, freebies and barcodes intact; products marked non-returnable or past their window are refused. Personal care, baby care, nutrition, healthcare devices and sexual wellness items are returnable only if defective, deficient, spurious or misdescribed. Orders can be cancelled until marked Out for Delivery.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the PharmEasy app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 7 business days of pickup.
