Items must be unused with original tags / packaging. Luxury and fine-jewellery damage claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery; innerwear, lingerie, socks, swimsuits, perfumes and personal-care are non-returnable.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the Tata CLiQ app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 7 business days of pickup.
