The product and packaging must be in the same condition as delivered and pass quality inspection after pickup. Hygiene-sensitive items (innerwear, masks, cosmetics, perfumes), wearables, notebooks and flash-sale products are not returnable; areas without pickup service require self-shipping.

- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 7 business days of pickup.
