Products must be unused and damage-free with price/identification tags, invoice and original packaging intact; contact lenses must be unworn with sealed packaging. After the eligible window Lenskart offers exchange rather than refund; refunds can go to store credit, the payment source, or an exchange.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the Lenskart app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 10 business days of pickup.
