Returns are limited to wrong, expired, damaged or incomplete orders; opened, used or altered products and items missing original packaging are rejected. Pickup happens within 5–7 business days of acceptance; refunds initiate after warehouse quality checks; COD buyers share bank details to receive the refund.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the Mamaearth app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 7 business days of pickup.
