Worn, washed or soiled items can be refused on hygiene grounds; combo packs must be returned in full with no partial returns; exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size. Members pay no return fee.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the The Souled Store app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 2 business days of pickup.
