Items must be in original condition with all labels, returned in the same market where bought; carrier returns are processed within 72 hours of reaching Zara's facilities. Items from packs cannot be returned separately.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the Zara India app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 14 business days of pickup.
