Returns are accepted only for products in original, unused condition fit for resale; injections, health monitors/equipment and ortho support are excluded from replacement or exchange. Returns for customer-attributable reasons may attract a restocking fee deducted from the refund, and orders can be cancelled any time before they are out for delivery.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the Netmeds app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 7 business days of pickup.
