Only unopened products in original manufacturer packaging with price tags, labels, barcode and invoice qualify, and the batch number must match the invoice. Wrong ordering, prescription changes and partially consumed strips are not returnable. Wallet payments are refunded to the wallet, while cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the Tata 1mg app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 7 business days of pickup.
