Items must be unused and unwashed with original packaging, tags, seals and warranty cards intact, and must pass quality checks at pickup and on receipt by the seller. Products flagged non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned; return shipping cost may be deducted depending on the option chosen.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the Meesho app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 7 business days of pickup.
