Items must be in good condition with all labels attached; anything damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn beyond trying on is not refunded. Only online-store purchases can be returned by parcel, and the delivery charge is not refunded.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the H&M India app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 30 business days of pickup.
