Returns require 2–3 photos of the issue and approval by the resolution team, sometimes via a technician visit; keep original packaging, manuals and accessories for pickup. Damage or missing parts must be flagged during delivery or assembly, and no refund is issued before the product is picked up.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the Pepperfry app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 14 business days of pickup.
