Products must be unused and in original, resalable condition. Bulky or technical equipment and bras are replacement-only; personal safety gear, underwear-type hygiene items and perishables cannot be returned, replaced or exchanged.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the Decathlon India app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 10 business days of pickup.
