Returns start by emailing hello@sugarcosmetics.com with product details and the reason; the refund or replacement is issued only after the product reaches the company. Defective items are handled as a single complaint per order; COD refunds need bank details shared over email.
How to claim a return
- Open your order on the SUGAR Cosmetics app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 5 business days of pickup.
