Original invoice, packaging and accessories must be returned. Carry-in products (mobiles, laptops, small appliances) are only eligible if not yet activated; large appliances require a technician visit before a return / refund is approved.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the Reliance Digital app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 7 business days of pickup.
