Products purchased at the Apple Store in India cannot be refunded or exchanged. Defective hardware is handled via Apple's limited warranty (typically a service-centre repair or replacement). A separate 14-day price-adjustment policy refunds the difference if Apple reduces the price of the same product within 14 calendar days of purchase — this is not a return window.
