Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and untampered, in saleable condition with original tags, invoice and packaging intact. Cosmetics, innerwear, fragrances, homeware appliances and gift cards are not accepted for return.

- Open your order on the Shoppers Stop app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 10 business days of pickup.
