Returns are issue-based only (damaged, incorrect or faulty items); transit damage should be reported the day the order arrives, and returns due to allergic reactions are not accepted. Cancelled prepaid orders reflect the refund in 7–10 days.
How to claim a return
- Open your order on the Purplle app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 7 business days of pickup.
