Report issues at delivery or shortly after via the in-app help flow. For categories with Instant Returns, raise the request immediately and the courier returns to swap or pick up. Refunds credit to the source within 3 business days; wallet credit is near-instant. COD orders may be refunded as coupons / vouchers.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the Zepto app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 3 business days of pickup.
