Conditions
Report issues at delivery or shortly after via the in-app help flow. For categories with Instant Returns, raise the request immediately and the courier returns to swap or pick up. Refunds credit to the source within 3 business days; wallet credit is near-instant. COD orders may be refunded as coupons / vouchers.
