The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all bundled accessories and the original invoice. For large appliances, the package must be opened by Croma's delivery associate or authorised installer — opening it yourself voids the return claim.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the Croma app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 7 business days of pickup.
