Brand warranties in India

Apple offers a 1-year limited hardware warranty on all India-purchased products, extendable to 2–3 years via AppleCare+ (which also covers accidental damage).

Samsung offers a 1-year manufacturer warranty on smartphones, tablets and most consumer electronics in India; large home appliances purchased from April 2026 onwards carry extended part warranties on the digital-inverter compressor and motor.

Sony India offers a 2-year standard manufacturer warranty across cameras, lenses, Bluetooth speakers, headphones, home-theatre systems, PlayStations, smartphones, soundbars and BRAVIA TVs. Optional registration unlocks a further 1-year extension on select cameras and BRAVIA models.

LG India offers a 1-year comprehensive warranty on most consumer electronics, plus 10-year part warranties on the compressor (Direct Cool / Frost Free / DIOS) and the Direct Drive motor for washing machines.

OnePlus India offers a 1-year limited warranty on smartphones purchased from oneplus.in, starting from the date of delivery. Independently purchased OnePlus accessories (charger, cable, earphones) carry their own 1-year warranty; bundled in-box accessories are partially covered or excluded.

Xiaomi India offers a 1-year limited warranty on smartphones, smart TVs and most consumer electronics, covering both labour and parts on the main unit. Bundled accessories and consumables are not covered by the standard warranty unless an Mi Extended Warranty plan is purchased.

boAt offers a 12-month manufacturer warranty on earphones, headphones, speakers, soundbars, fitness bands, smartwatches and power banks. Purchases made on the boAt website / app on or after 15 April 2025 include a complimentary 3-month extension (15 months total). Standalone cables and chargers carry a 24-month warranty.

JBL India offers a 1-year manufacturer warranty on home audio, portables and headphones, and a 5-year warranty on non-powered (passive) speakers. Select bestsellers also include 6 months' or 12 months' additional warranty on registration.

Bose India offers a 1-year limited warranty on most audio products; some headphones carry extended warranties for specific channels.

Dyson India offers a 2-year warranty on hair-care, air-purification and most personal-care products, and up to a 5-year warranty (including free servicing) on select cordless vacuums purchased through authorised channels.

HP India offers a 1-year limited warranty on most consumer laptops and desktops, extendable via HP Care Pack to 2–3 years with optional accidental-damage protection.

Dell India offers a 1-year limited warranty on consumer laptops (Inspiron, XPS); business lines (Latitude, OptiPlex, Precision) typically ship with 3-year ProSupport. Dell Care Plus / Premium (introduced Jan 2025 for consumer / Alienware) extend coverage.

Lenovo India offers a 1-year limited warranty on most consumer laptops and desktops, extendable via Lenovo Premium Care or Premium Care Plus for additional years, accidental-damage protection and VIP support. Sealed PC batteries are covered separately for 3 years.
