What each brand says its TVs warranty covers and excludes
Taken from each brand’s own India warranty terms; the wording differs, so read the brand page before assuming coverage.
- Sony: Manufacturing defects during the period shown as "Valid Up to" on the product information page. Non-transferable (first end user), purchase from a Sony authorised dealer; warranty card and original invoice must be presented together. Void for products bought as "seconds" resale.
- LG: Free repair at LG authorised service centres within the warranty period; first purchaser only, non-transferable, proof of purchase with model/serial number required. Extended part warranties (compressors, motors) cover parts only — labour and service charges stay payable.
- OnePlus: Manufacturing defects on products bought from oneplus.in; repair and replacement, with shipping and handling, are free in the first year. Products bought elsewhere are supported through the point of sale.
- Xiaomi: Manufacturing defects on the main device, covering labour and parts. Battery, adapter and other packaged accessories carry a shorter period than the device.
