Unlike regular BigBasket orders, BB Now does not allow at-delivery returns. Raise damage / wrong-item claims within 3 days of receipt. Refunds credit to the bbWallet by default (near-instant), or to the source payment method within 3 business days.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the BB Now (BigBasket Now) app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 3 business days of pickup.
