Conditions
Products must be unused, unwashed and untorn with original tags intact, returned in original brand packaging; shipping and convenience fees are non-refundable. Clothes and footwear follow the window shown on their product page; reverse pickup takes about 4–5 business days where available.

How to claim a return
- Open your order on the FirstCry app or website.
- Select the item, choose "Return" and pick a reason.
- Schedule a pickup or drop-off as offered.
- Refund credits to your original payment method within 10 business days of pickup.
