How to track your AJIO order
Step-by-step
- Open the AJIO app or ajio.com and sign in.
- Go to My Account → My Orders.
- Select the order to see its current status and courier details.
- Use the tracking ID on the courier’s site if you want raw scan data.
What each status means
- Ordered / ConfirmedPayment (or COD) accepted; the seller has the order but nothing has shipped yet.
- PackedThe item is boxed and a courier AWB (airway bill number) has usually been generated.
- Shipped / In transitThe parcel is moving between courier hubs. Multi-day gaps between scans are normal on long lanes.
- Out for deliveryOn a delivery vehicle in your area — most Indian couriers attempt between 9am and 9pm.
- DeliveredMarked handed over. If you did not receive it, dispute the same day — false-delivery windows are short.
- RTO / Returned to originDelivery failed (address, repeated attempts, refusal) and the parcel is heading back to the seller; prepaid orders get refunded after it reaches origin.
Who delivers AJIO orders
Shipments commonly move via Delhivery, XpressBees, Shadowfax, Ecom Express. The courier named on your order page is authoritative — partners vary by pincode, seller and product size.
Frequently asked questions
- How long does AJIO take to ship an order?
- Dispatch typically happens within a couple of days of ordering, then transit time depends on your lane. The order page’s estimated date is refreshed as courier scans arrive.
- Why is my AJIO tracking not updating?
- Third-party couriers sometimes scan parcels only at major hubs, so quiet stretches of 24–48 hours are normal. If the estimated date passes with no movement, raise it via AJIO customer care from the order page.
- Can I change my delivery address after an AJIO order ships?
- Once shipped, address edits are generally not possible — refuse delivery or let it RTO, then reorder with the right address.
