How to track your Meesho order
Step-by-step
- Open the Meesho app (orders are app-first).
- Tap Orders from the bottom navigation.
- Select the order — status, courier name and tracking ID are on the order card.
- Paste the tracking ID on the courier’s own site for scan-level detail if needed.
Meesho sellers ship from many small hubs, so first-scan delays after "Packed" are more common than on Amazon/Flipkart — the tracking ID usually goes live only after the first courier scan.
What each status means
- Ordered / ConfirmedPayment (or COD) accepted; the seller has the order but nothing has shipped yet.
- PackedThe item is boxed and a courier AWB (airway bill number) has usually been generated.
- Shipped / In transitThe parcel is moving between courier hubs. Multi-day gaps between scans are normal on long lanes.
- Out for deliveryOn a delivery vehicle in your area — most Indian couriers attempt between 9am and 9pm.
- DeliveredMarked handed over. If you did not receive it, dispute the same day — false-delivery windows are short.
- RTO / Returned to originDelivery failed (address, repeated attempts, refusal) and the parcel is heading back to the seller; prepaid orders get refunded after it reaches origin.
Who delivers Meesho orders
Shipments commonly move via Valmo (Meesho’s logistics network), Delhivery, XpressBees, Shadowfax, Ecom Express. The courier named on your order page is authoritative — partners vary by pincode, seller and product size.

- Why does my Meesho tracking ID not work yet?
- Tracking IDs activate at the courier’s first scan, which can be a day or more after the seller marks the order packed. Check again after the first "Shipped" update in the app.
- How do I know which courier has my Meesho order?
- The order card in the app names the courier next to the tracking ID once the shipment is created.
- My Meesho order is stuck "Out for delivery" — what should I do?
- Couriers attempt until evening; if the day ends without delivery, the app usually reschedules automatically. Two failed attempts risk an RTO, so keep your phone reachable.
